Dear Families,
Happy Mother’s Day (on Sunday)! The bond between a mother and her
child is truly one of a kind! I
admire, respect, and am inspired by all the mothers out there who
consistently demonstrate and share their strength, dedication, and
unconditional love for her children. I
have been blessed to have a Mother who has been the ultimate role model and who
has been there for me always. Thank
you Ma for all that you do, ALL THAT YOU ARE! You are amazing!!!
For Mother’s Day, I will take my Ma to
Barrie to visit Chapters, she loves to read! After that, we will go for a walk by
the Beach in Wasaga. I hope we can take
off our shoes as it feels wonderful to have the sand between our toes. These experiences will not only be
refreshing, but one that I will cherish as I have the opportunity to
spend quality time in my Mother's beautiful energy! I hope you enjoy this weekend too with
your child spending time in the warmth and sunshine creating beautiful memories!
Tiffin Centre:
| I love you, Ma!! |
On Tuesday, we went to Tiffin to
learn about classifying animals, preparing for nature, and
shelter building! It was a very engaging, exciting, and excellent experience for ALL. The weather cooperated with sunshine and blue skies too which added to the beauty.
Please, take a moment to admire your wonderous child exploring, inquiring, and learning from the BEST CLASSROOM ON EARTH ...MOTHER NATURE :)
Thank you to our two amazing parent volunteers who accompanied us
on this field trip. Your time, energy,
compassion, and support is appreciated and cherished. It meant a lot to us to have you there and I
can say with confidence that it wouldn’t have been the same experience without
you both! You graciously guided my learners
through their scavenger hunts, building, and classifying animals’ rotations. Thank you also for taking pictures and
sharing them with me to post on the blog. We HONOUR YOU!!
Jump Rope for Heart:
Quote:
"Children are born naturalists. They explore the world with all of their senses, experiment in the environment, and communicate their discoveries to those around them."
